I just signed my Lease for Year 2! This is hands-down, the best Apartment Complex I have ever lived at! The Office Management and Staff are Excellent! I work Downtown and it is 15 minutes tops to get there. The Fraze Pavilion is in walking distance for Concerts and Festivals. Shopping at nearby Town and Country is so convenient ... Finally, I feel so safe living here. The other Tenants are friendly and the Kettering Police Department is down the block. Come Live at the Residenz!

I have been a resident at The Residenz for 15 months, and I have been very happy here. My apartment is well-maintained and comfortable, I love the location, and the staff has always been kind and helpful whenever I have called regarding any concern. I've been here since 2014, love it here, the staff is very professional, maintenance comes when needed, haven't needed them for a to everything, love walking around Lincoln park and the fraze. The pool is excellent this year.

5 Star Review: This is a great neighborhood to walk, bike, and run in with many mature trees for shade. One of the best neighborhoods in the Dayton area, and you are even within 45-60 minutes of Cincinnati. Overall, living here has been a great experience and I hope to live here for a while longer.

Really enjoy living here! Quiet, neighbors friendly, people say "Hi" acknowledge me. Great location next to Lincoln Park, well kept grounds and residents appear to do their part too.

We have lived here over 2 years and love it! Plenty to do around here and spacious townhouses. Wish they had a 3 bedroom. The office staff are ways friendly and courteus. We enjoy the pool but on weekends notice that a lot of people who don't live in the complex seem to be there and it can get really crowded. Overall it is a great place to live!

The entire team in the office and everyone in maintenance were always very accommodating and helpful! They are very nice, professional, and willing to work to make the complex look great and feel like home. Only left because of the distance to our family. I cannot recommend The Residenz to others enough!
