The Residenz is proud to be a pet-friendly community in Kettering, OH! Now your pet can relax by your side and enjoy the comforts of your apartment home.

Our Pet Policy:

  • The Residenz allows dogs and cats
  • The Residenz welcomes pets upon approval
  • There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment

Pet Fees:

  • A two hundred ninety-nine ($299) for 1 pet & a four hundred ninety-nine ($499) for 2 pet non-refundable fee.
  • The monthly pet rent is thirty ($30) per pet.
